Interior Photo D’Amore is the interior photo division of Aurelia D’Amore Photography which was established in 2001, after graduating with a BFA from the well respected Art Center College of Design. Aurelia strives to create relatable, authentic, welcoming lifestyle images that tell the story of homes and space and encourage a warm connection. Final photo galleries include photos that explain room relationships, intimate photos to relay the feeling of the space, and vignettes to add extra personality that can be utilized in different types of marketing materials.

2024 MLS Photography Pricing

MLS Pricing is approximately .40 cents per square foot of living area. Includes: Exterior front and back yard, wide room shots, medium editorial photos, and vignettes for social media.

Empty non staged homes: .35 per square foot of living area

Empty non staged homes with no vignettes: .30 per square foot of living area

Delivery

Delivered in 48hrs- 52 for larger properties

Retouching

*Retouching not included

*Retouching: (sky replacement, grass greening, sign removal, fire place, tv screens, lighting fixtures, object removal, window replacements, etc..billed in 15 minute increments: $100 an hour. Most retouching requests are $25-$100

Process

*Photographer shoots solo with no/minimal client collaboration on MLS shoots.

*If you want to art direct/ style the shoot please book a designer portfolio shoot or talk to me about a hybrid shoot.

Usage Rights

granted to listing agents till the property is sold. Agent website and social media portfolio rights granted during listing and thus after. Images/ usage rights may not be transferred to third parties.

Interior Designer/ Contractor portfolio

*Pricing for MLS listings is different then Interior designer portfolio sessions. I do offer combination/ hybrid packages for MLS photos in addition to Interior Portfolio Sessions. I offer reduced usage rights packages for agent, contractor, designers, and staging bookings booked on the same day.

*Interior Design pricing and creative approach is different from MLS pricing, editing and turn around time.

TRAVEL

*Travel in LA County is included.

*Mileage and a travel fee added for projects outside of LA. To be determined per project as needed.

*Sharing the usage rights with other vendors is prohibited. I do however have reduced shared pricing!

Travel Outside of LA: $150- $300+: Quote based on mileage, accommodations, meals

Best Practices

When the photographer arrives the home/ space should be photo ready.

Staged and styled interiors. Ideally photography takes place with the designer present to help style the space for photography. We view each space/set up on a laptop together and make adjustments as needed.

Vacant of people/vendors/clients etc when at all possible for a smooth workflow.

In advance…check that your interior and exterior light bulbs that match in color temperature.

Warm bulbs are inviting vs the cooler LEDs ( for twilight shots).

Swimming Pool lights are working and the pool level is filled and the lights in the pool are working..

Retouching requests should be addressed before or during shooting if possible to ensure a timely editing turn around, and if possible avoided by making an adjustment in camera or within the set up.

Weather: Please communicate with the photographer to reschedule due to bad weather: Mainly- rain and extreme wind.

The photographer is not responsible for:

1. Delays in shoot time waiting for stagers, vendors, cleaners etc to finish their job.

2. Absorbing retouching fees for houses still under renovation, electrical issues, garden renovation, object removals etc.

3. Cancellations the day before or day of the shoot require payment in full to account for any missed bookings. 50% for canceling two days before the shoot.
