I've had the pleasure of photographing the owners of Melrose Mac, Sandy and Sean Nasseri's, private family events and Melrose Mac events since like 2007. Melrose Mac is the leading Apple retail store in LA with three stores now. Hollywood, Burbank, Culver City.

It was lots of fun photographing this company picnic at Calamigos Ranch. After a few clouds and patches of rain, the sun came out and the games began. I wrangled families together for super mini portrait sessions which I think was a big hit, especially for everyone's holiday cards. I think that these kinds of playful, relaxed, bonding events are so important in saying thank you to hard working employees, thus furthering the idea of family in the work place. Sandy makes everyone feel like family, even me :)
